Product and Development

This team is all about taking ideas, bringing them to life, and releasing them to our customers in order to solve some of the biggest challenges in property management maintenance.

This goes beyond designing, developing, testing, or just shipping code, requiring that we consistently deliver against the promise of the software and our customer’s desired engagement throughout their lifecycle with Property Meld.

People Operations

This is a team of culture champions, directors of happiness, and people wizards. They birthdays, anniversaries, and favorite foods and spend time working to improve morale/vibe across the organization.

The role of People Operations is broad and varied, it crosses over disciplines of marketing, sales, communications, project management, psychology, legal, and finance. We lean on human ops elements like empathy, listening, coaching, supporting, ethics and values, in tandem with the people ops processes and employee experience principles.

Marketing

This team and department are all about educating the Property Management industry on the importance of maintenance and supporting our customers in achieving their desired business outcomes and a realized value in the software.

This goes beyond our culture, brand, voice, and maintaining good relationships, requiring that we consistently educate and deliver against the promise of the software and our customer’s desired engagement throughout their milestones and experiences with Property Meld.

Business Development

This team is the heart of the sales engine, ensuring the health of the total sales pipeline. Business Development Representatives guide our prospects through to articulating their maintenance pain and understanding the cost of their maintenance pain through a consultative and conversational approach.

To its core, the Business Development Representative’s role is all about increasing awareness and interest. There is an emphasis on cold-calling and drip email campaigns, however, this role is so much more than that. This position is responsible for bringing Property Meld’s personality and obsession to solve the industry’s biggest headache: Maintenance coordination.

Business Solutions

This team is both the fuel and the clutch to our sales machine. Business Solutions Executives guide our prospects through reiterating their maintenance pain, truly feeling the cost of their maintenance pain, to creating an urgency for the prospect to take action.

To its core, the Business Solution Executive’s role is all about engaging with future customers, driving new business, and exceeding quota and revenue goals. Sharing industry expertise and demonstrating how Property Meld improves efficiency and oversight through video conferencing and other techniques. While there are aspects of maintaining and nurturing a sales funnel through follow-up emails and phone calls that are very important, this role is so much more than that. This position is responsible for bringing Property Meld’s personality and obsession to solve the industry’s biggest headache: Maintenance coordination.

Customer Success Management

This team and department are all about supporting our customers in achieving their desired business outcomes and a realized value in the software.

This goes beyond maintaining good relationships, requiring that we consistently deliver against the promise of the software and our customer’s desired engagement throughout their lifecycle with Property Meld. Customer success managers at Property Meld display our core value of loyalty by embodying the voice of the customer and guiding them to their desired outcomes. This initiative is known in the SaaS world as “customer success.”

Customer Support

This team and department are all about supporting our customers in achieving their desired business outcomes and a realized value in the software by removing immediate barriers from their full utilization.

This goes beyond maintaining good relationships, requiring that we consistently deliver against the promise of the software and our customer’s desired engagement throughout their lifecycle with Property Meld. Customer Support Specialists at Property Meld display our core value of loyalty by embodying the voice of the customer and guiding them to their desired outcomes. This initiative is known in the SaaS world as “Customer Support.”
